Behind them rides two groups of six men each on a cycle. Following them are two women on a tandem tricycle. In the background of the photograph are other students performing outdoor activities, including walking on balance beams, strolling and boating on a small pond. More students on multi-wheeled cycles can also been seen in the background. The college grounds were laid out with separate playgrounds and asphalt walkways for the different ages and genders, a cycle track and a small body of water for boating, flower beds, and gardens for the children. A notable feature of the grounds is the large number of beautiful shade trees and flowering shrubs.
