Batboy Donald Davidson, who was a dwarf, later become the traveling secretary for the Boston Braves, staying with the franchise through both of its moves to Milwaukee and Atlanta. He was fired by Braves owner Ted Turner in 1973 and then went to work for the Houston Astros (Society for American Baseball Research, 2010-2011).
