Image is of the east side of Hopkinton Public Library circa 1920. It is located at 13 Main Street and Church Street. It is a two-story Romanesque design, ( occasionally referred to as Gothic,) constructed in 1895 of Milford granite by H.P. Cummings & Co. and the architect was Sandford Phipps. Note the Dutch tile roof and the ivy covered turret. It was incorporated in 1890.
