Black and white photograph of the ceremonial presentation of a basket of fifty golden chrysanthemums being presented by Charles F. Rowley, president of Faulkner Hospital, to Mrs. Annie Aitken. Mrs. Aitken was the mother of one of the first nine babies born in the hospital in 1903 and the presentation was part of the hospital's century of service celebration. Also pictured are Mrs. Aitken's daughter, Mrs. Roscoe Brenze, Dr. Gerald F. Houser, and Mrs. Philip C. Newton, president of the Aid. Published in the Faulkner Hospital annual report for 1950.
