This photograph closely resembles in format and matting photographs 0000.1721.9-12, which are of Richardson's Wool Washeries in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. However, the only reference to Isaac Bros. & Co. that could be found is to the establishment in Louisville, Kentucky.
Isaac Bros. & Co. manufactured men's trousers in Louisville during the first decade of the 20th century.
