Description:
On beginning hunger strike, and journals and letters not forwarded to him; complaining about [Fred H. Moore's] indifference; referring to Virginia a. MacMechan; and mentioning [Aldino Felicani]. Translation: He has not been able to write recently, due to his agitated state of mind. However this morning he sent to his lawyer the following note: “From this morning on, I will begin a fast which will only end when Webster, Thayer have had their last final stay, or with my death. He has asked the comrades around here for the address of their two glorious comrades, but doesn’t know what happened about it. “the lawyer is making a fool of us and leads us around in circles. However often he comes to see him he doesn’t bring him any mail. Complains about having received wrong issues of the newspapers he wanted. Nothing that he wrote recently has been published. Wants to see the correspondent. More about the papers he has not received. He is very upset about this. “My friend Miss Mechan left of the 10th of the month. To gain time he gives correspondent her address."
