Acknowledging rescript of money sent by committee, referring to pens to be given to Morrow, Aldino Felicani, Errico Malatesta, and Frank Sibley, and mentioning visit from William G. Thompson. Translation: “Received on Saturday $10 sent by Committee. Let me know when Aldino sent the sum which I received in September and the amount. I’ll send you 4 ‘penne’ "[this means pens, may have different meaning here], one each for you, Aldino, Malatesta and Sibley. Spoke with Thompson yesterday, but nothing conclusive. My letter to the Committee reflects my nervousness when I don’t feel well supported. How is your little girl... ."
