Description:
George K. Radcliffe writes to William Lloyd Garrison referencing a petition he sent him the day before to publish in the Liberator. Radcliffe asks Garrison to explain in print that "no petition could be presented to the Legislature," and requests Garrison send him two or three copies of the next issue of the Liberator. In the postscript, Radcliffe talks more about some of the signers of the petition.
