Description:
George Thompson writes to William Lloyd Garrison reporting that he is "now suffering a good deal - yet have a journey to Montreal before me wh[ich] must be accomplihsed tomorrow." He tells Garrison that he has not been able to complete his speech, due to his illness, and so he cannot give it to him to publish in the Liberator. He then asks about Garrison's last meetng at Newburyport and says he plans to travel to "Quebec Toronto and one or two other places in Canada before I return to Boston."
