Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) manuscript contains purple postmarked stamp that says "Garrison Mss." On the front page of the letter, there is a different handwriting that says "E.C. Stanton to Lucretia Mott." In black ink at the top right of the first page, it says, "About 1848?"
