Description:
Edward Parker writes to William Lloyd Garrison providing instructions for Garrison and his son, Francis Jackson Garrison, to visit his home. He tells them if they are coming from "Edinboro" to take the North British Railway to Tayport "where Mrs. Parker will meet you - it will save you crossing the River Tay twice." If they are coming "from the Highlands by way of Perth" he says they will meet them "at the Dundee side should you come by the Caledonian Railway." In the postscript, Parker states "There will be time to see the Tay Bridge of Tuesday morning."
