Letter from Stephen Symonds Foster, Worcester, [Massachusetts], to Samuel May, 1850 Aug[ust] 13
Description:
Stephen S. Foster writes to Samuel May sending him a bill for his "services at the six Conventions which I have attended, at your request." He asks May to give him the money when they meet next. Foster also discusses the health of his brother, saying he "is better, though still very sick." He then reports that he is "very much worn down with care, anxiesty & loss of sleep" but he still expects to meet May on Saturday.
