Layout: 1 column, 6 staves. Square Gregorian notation on a five-line red staff.
Decoration: 1-staff initials throughout in blue with red filigree, or red with blue (4 in all).
Non-consecutive bifolium, the leaves originally separated by two bifolia. Original red Roman foliation, upper outer corner each recto, "lxvi" and "lxxi."
Binding: Housed in an oversize folder.
