Description:
Thomas Phillips forwards to William Lloyd Garrison a proof of one and a copy of another circular for upcoming meetings, and invites Garrison's daughter Fanny and her husband to join them at the meetings if they are able. Phillips reports to Garrison on the "tolerably strong staff of local gentlemen" who plan to be present at the meetings, and proclaims that they may count amongst them members of many varied religious demoninations and political tendencies. Phillips relates to Garrison organizational details for the arrangments of the respective meetings.
