Description:
George Jeffrey Tillotson writes to Amos A. Phelps acknowledging his receipt of Phelps' letter and returning to him "a receipt of t[he] interest paid by you" (not included). He tells Phelps that he is a delegate to the General Association [of Connecticut's] meeting at Wethersfield, Connecticut, and will then travel to Farmington for the dedication of a new church. Tillotson also thanks Phelps for taking care of his bank affairs.
