John Greenleaf Whittier writes to Garrison that their friend B. [Evares?] would like him (Garrison) to deliver a lecture. On the back page, an anonymous writer (possibly Garrison) wrote in pencil an itinerary and schedule, which includes a lecture in Amesbury (where Whittier's letter was written) about "the Guilt and Redemption of the Country."
