This is a report of a meeting of several anti-slavery friends in which the Rev. Mr. Cyrus Pitt Grosvenor presented his situation. It was voted that Messrs. Joseph Southwick, Amos Farnsworth, and William Lloyd Garrison be a committee to consult with Mr. Elizur Wright about the case of Mr. Grosvenor. It was decided that Mr. Grosvenor be appointed an agent of the American Anti-Slavery Society for the ensuing year and that $300 be granted to him in advance payment of his salary.
