Miss Wigham mentions an order "about restrictions in moving from plantation to plantation" issued by Nathaniel P. Banks. She refers briefly to Mary Anne Estlin, Richard Davis Webb, and George Thompson. Miss Wigham informs May that she is sending a business account and the annual report of the local anti-slavery society.
