Description:
Richard Plumer informs William Lloyd Garrison that he has spoken with Mr. Ashby concerning their "good English Friend Vincent", and states that Ashby had informed him that he had only just received Garrison's letter. Plumer states that Ashby informed him that it would grant him "great pleasure" to entertain Vincent. Plumer declares his regrets that he is unable to offer his hospitality to Vincent.
