Title:
Corner in Girls' Playground, The Royal Normal College for the Blind, England
Description:
Female students from Royal Normal College for the Blind in Upper Norwood, England have fun outside on the playground. Some students are skipping rope, some enjoy sitting on a large rocking contraption (rocking boat), and others are pulled in a carriage. The college grounds were laid out with separate playgrounds and asphalt walkways for the different ages and genders, a cycle track and a small body of water for boating, flower beds, and gardens for the children. A notable feature of the grounds is the large number of beautiful shade trees and flowering shrubs.
