Collation: Parchment, fol. ii (contemporary parchment) + 132 ; 1-11⁸ 12⁸(12₈+1) 13-14¹⁰ 15⁸ 16⁸(-16₆) ; modern pencil foliation in upper right margin of each leaf beginning on 1₁.
Layout: Primarily single column, 25 lines per column; in double columns beginning on leaf 113. Bounding and writing lines in blind. Pricking in margins.
Decoration: Line drawings in first gathering: Jesus on i recto, Saint George on i verso, the Virgin Mary on ii recto.
Binding: Wooden boards with blind tooled sheepskin spine. Boards cracked and stitched. Some leaves repaired with stitching.
