Thomas Price, an English minister and publisher, writes to William Lloyd Garrison about starting an anti-slavery periodical and requesting Garrison's help finding materials. He asks that any information that he deems suitable should be sent to his friend, Mr. [John] Scoble, another British abolitionist working in Canada.
