Description:
George K. Radcliffe writes to William Lloyd Garrison about a petition circulating to remove Judge [Edward G.] Loring from office. Radcliffe presents the body of the petition, or resolution, to Garrison, declaring Judge Loring an "apostate and outlaw." On the third page, he then writes a new salutation to Garrison and grants him permission to publish the resolution at his pleasure.
