Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) manuscript composed in ink on white paper with the number "152" written in pencil next to the salutation. There are also two pencil lines connecting the recipient's name, the salutation, and the first line of the letter. On the adjacent page, the name "McIntyre" is written vertically in pencil, facing the spine, while some indecipherable writing in pencil is written upside down along the tail edge of the page.
