Description:
James Hayes Raper writes to William Lloyd Garrison welcoming him to London and asks Garrison to "command my services for any purposes." Raper mentions that Mr. [Frederick William] Chesson was "asking anxiously" about Garrison's visit and he then suggests a hotel if Garrison needed one. Before ending the letter, Raper also states he "heard Mrs. Julia W Howe on Friday at St. James Hall."
