Samuel Edmund Sewall writes to William Lloyd Garrison asking him to include the attached circular (printed on page 3 and 4), advertising a subscription to help publish and distribute the book "The Impending Crisis of the South: How to Meet It" by Hinton Rowan Helper, in the Liberator. Sewall states that "the extensive circulation of the his book on the place proposed cannot fail to do good."
