Description:
Henry Orne Stone writes to William Lloyd Garrison informing him that he spoke to "one of the owners of the Grove in South Framingham" and he agreed that "the Anti Slavery Soc'y could have it on the 4th of July next." Stone tells Garrison to soon contact "Frank Manson South Framingham" to negotiate the lease officially.

Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) manuscript composed in black ink on white, lined paper with an embossed crest in the head- spine corner containing the words "Southworth Superfine". Above the crest, a checkmark has been drawn in pencil, while under the salutation the numbe "26" is written in pencil.
