Description:
E.C. Winchester writes to Amos A. Phelps regarding the list of names of the members of the Bible convention and his approval of the work he is doing with the Bible Missions. He writes, "My whole heart is with you in this work of Missions-I have long been satisfied that Consistency required the friends of 'Bible missions'...I hope to be able to do something for the Reporter during the year."
