Letter from Elizabeth Wilson to William Lloyd Garrison, 1853 January 24th
Description:
Elizabeth Wilson writes to William Lloyd Garrison sending him "an article for publication in the Liberator ... in answer to Joseph Barker's communication which appeared in the Liberator some time since" (not included). Wilson says Barker, "has often given us the lie in his communications" and so her article "place[s] Joseph Barker vs. Joseph Barker in the same column, and let[s] the readers judge whether he, or ourselves misrepresented, or lied, or forged."
