Description:
John Bishop Estlin writes to Louis Alexis Chamerovzow in regards to a "mythical speech" which was given by George Thompson at the London Conference of the British & Foreign Anti-Slavery Society. He writes that the Quakers are "too peaceful and sectarian, for them to comprehend much help to appreciate....the Three Quakers/Doves, who so recently got up and delegrated them...to the Peace Missions to Russia, well illustrated, to my apprehension, the characteristic of the...leaders of the 'B.S.F.A.S. Society."
