Description:
George Thompson writes to William Smeal in regards to reading his letter and the Circular he sent. He writes that he would go to Glasgow to hear Frederick Douglass give his lectures but he has plans to visit Paris on special business relating to the Raja's cause. He has not received a line since his anniversary. He apologizes for his absence amongst his friends.
