Letter from George Thompson, [Paris, France], to Maria Weston Chapman, [1851 October 22]
Description:
George Thompson writes to Maria Weston Chapman in regards to his lodgings in Paris where he has a "humble but very comfortable room and an obliging English lady takes care of me." He will be busy writing all day for England. He has read the communications in the Examiner which he says, "will prove very unpalatable to our frends in Broad Street."
