Charles Whipple writes to William Lloyd Garrison and Isaac Knapp sending them "Two Dollars in advance for Andrew Raymond's paper for next year," and asking for a receipt in his next paper. Whipple asks them "the extent of the aid you would pledge towards reprinting [Charles] Stuart's West India Question" and reports that the Essex County Anti-Slavery Society will employ an agent to "to promote the objects of the Society in this County, for three months." He also asks them about printing "a cheap edition of [John] Rankin's Letters?"
