Description:
In this letter to Samuel May, Robert Folger Wallcut sends May an "extract from the proceedings of the Board of Managers of the Massachusetts Anti-Slavery Society at their last meeting." The extract states that it was "voted unanimously" that May be "employed to act as General Agent of this Society for one year from this time, with a Salary of Eight hundred dollars."
