Letter from Charles Calistus Burleigh, Plainfield, [Connecticut], to Samuel May, [18]51 [July] 25
Description:
C.C. Burleigh writes to Samuel May telling him that he expects "to be at the Ohio Annual Meeting" but this "will not interfere with a meeting in this region on the 17th." He states that he would prefer to go to a meeting "anywhere on the line of the Providence & Worcester R[ail] R[oad] or the Norwich & Worcester," which would enable him to take the first train back home on the 18th.
