Wales writes to Samuel May explaining he did not get May's letter "until last Saturday, [and] since then we have obtained the Hayden Row Meeting house for the day next Sunday, and probably the town hall for Saturday evening." He adds that the lecturers for the meeting "are requested to call on Mr. M. Chauncy Phipps, Hayden Row."
