Letter from Samuel Fulton Clarke, Athol, [Massachusetts], to Samuel May, 1851 Sept[ember] 19
Description:
In this letter to Samuel May, S.F. Clarke summarizes May's plan to hold a convention in Athol and offers them the use of his church, "free to you during the usual hours of public worship that day." Clarke says he hopes May and Garrison both come and asks May to tell Garrison "that not only my pulpit but my house & humble fire are welcome to him."
