Description:
Sallie Holley writes to Samuel May agreeing to the lecture plans he had made for her. Holley says she "shall be happy to go to New Bedford and Nantucket as you have arranged" but will not go to New Bedford until the 24th. She will lecture "somewhere in this vicinity" until then, including Weymouth on the 19th. She tells May after the Nantucket meeting she will go where he "think[s] best" but says that she has already agreed to go to Philadelphia by October 16. By that time, Holley states, "I should have lectured enough in Mass[achusetts]."
