Description:
George Thompson writes to Richard Davis Webb in regards to his delay in sending him a "cheque" for his autograph book. He writes of the election in England and says, "I did not involve myself in any pecuniary liabilities by becoming a candidate." Moore is in Manchester. Thompson hopes to leave for Edinburgh by next Wednesday.
