Description:
Wendell Phillips pens a note of correction to William Lloyd Garrison concerning his aunt, whom he had supposed deceased owing to a letter received from his cousin which stated that she had, following a night of constant suffering, gone to the "other shore". Phillips declares that he was mistaken, and that his aunt remains alive.
