William Lloyd Garrison has been trying salt water baths for his rheumatism, but he has doubts about their curative properties. The weather is clear and warm with the temperature about 90 degrees. Henry Villard sailed for Germany two weeks ago. William L. Garrison says: "Miss Bigelow, Charley's prospective bride, is expected here to-day."
