On pages 1-3 of this manuscript, there is a letter by Elizabeth Cady Stanton to William Lloyd Garrison, May 22, 1860. Stanton encloses an article that she wrote; she would like it printed in the Liberator. She sent the same article to the Tribune but thinks that they might not publish it.
On pages 3-4, there is a separate letter by Susan Brownell Anthony to William Lloyd Garrison. Anthony says that the meetings in New York "were indeed very excellent."
