In this letter to Amos A. Phelps, Beriah Green writes, “After some reflection & inquiring, I have arrived at the conclusion, that I ought to be satisfied with my present field of usefulness.” He comments further on his work at a Whitesboro church. After mentioning Briggs not replying to his letter, Green relates news about his friends and family.
