Additional information from accompanying materials: Originally built by architect Steven Codman for Lawrence textile mill owner George E. Kunhardt in 1906. After Kunhardt's death in 1935, it was sold, renamed Campion Hall and served as retreat for the Catholic Church. In 2005, after years of neglect, the house was restored and turned into a 25-unit condominium.
