Holograph, signed.
Fog has prevented the ship from departing Eastport, Maine, and William Lloyd Garrison is homesick. Garrison continues this letter on Saturday morning, 7 o'clock a.m. On page three of the manuscript, Garrison wrote a poem entitled "Misty-cal Lines, that ends: "Call this not East-port more --- transmog - Rify it thus --- the port of Fog!" On Saturday, Garrison reports that the sun appeared and the captain ordered us aboard.
