This letter is concerned with the arrangements for moving William Lloyd Garrison's family to Northampton. William Lloyd Garrison comments on the Bunker Hill pageant and President Tyler's visit. Garrison writes: "Tyler has taken no notice of the letter we sent to him, asking for an interview, to present the Address of the New England A. S. Convention. He has, in fact, had no time to see us, but it is rather shabby in him not to send us a word in reply."
