Tea will be "at the Williames" tomorrow at 8 o'clock. William Lloyd Garrison comments on the wintry aspect of the day. Garrison writes: "The Committee of the Legislature, to whom our petitions for a Personal Liberty Bill were referred, have reported 'leave to withdraw'---which means, let slave-hunters have leave still to pursue their prey on the soil of Massachusetts!"
