Letter from John Bishop Estlin, Bristol, [England], to Samuel May, Feb. 1, 1855
Description:
Estlin tells May, "I must send one line of thanks to you and the many friends who have felt a kind interest in my broken health." He says that Parker Pillsbury did great service to the American Anti-Slavery Society at the London conference and that George Thompson sided with Joseph Sturge there, but that it will not affect the future of the American abolitionist cause.
