Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy is a vellum-printed leaf, apparently once used as binder's waste. In addition to worm holes and fills, a small portion of the leaf on the left side has been repaired, with facsimile[?] slips of text used to replace losses. The BPL holds a fragment of a different early Dutch Donatus, cataloged under call no. Q.405.184. Purchased in 1943 from A. Rosenthal, Ltd.
