A. St. Clair’s request to the treasurer of the Massachusetts Anti-Slavery Society to pay sixty-five dollars to Lucy Parker, and to charge this to the writer’s account against the Society, is pasted to a note signed by “S. Philbrick, Clerk” that the Committee on Finance and Bills [of Massachusetts Anti-Slavery Society] decided to approve the further allowance of salary for Alanson St. Clair by twenty-five dollars.
